1. Introduction

Thank you for visiting www.coupingoo.com or the Coupingoo mobile application (together, the “Coupingoo Platform”) — India’s cashback and coupon discovery service. The platform is operated by Coupingoo and/or its affiliates (“We,” “Us,” “Coupingoo” or “Our”).

By accessing or using our platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”). We may revise these Terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated via website notices, email, or in-app notifications. Please review this page periodically.

2. Our Services

Cashback Service

Coupingoo enables users to earn cashback on eligible purchases made through participating retailers. A transaction qualifies for cashback only if:

  • You are redirected to the retailer from Coupingoo;

  • You complete the purchase in the same session;

  • The order is delivered successfully and is not returned or cancelled;

  • The retailer successfully approves the transaction.

Cashback is processed within 60 days of retailer confirmation and is disbursed via:

  • Amazon Gift Card, or

  • Direct Bank Transfer

To claim cashback, users must submit a Cashback Claim Form within 10 days of purchase. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be processed. As Coupingoo does not currently offer user accounts, this form is the sole mechanism for claim submission.

Important Conditions:

  • Use of VPNs or ad-blockers during the transaction may void cashback eligibility.

  • Ensure pop-ups are enabled for proper redirection and tracking.

  • Cashback will not be issued if a retailer fails to track or approve the transaction.

Coupon Code Service

Coupingoo provides users with verified coupon codes for various online stores. These may include discounts, promotional offers, or free shipping.

Please note:

  • Coupon effectiveness and terms are subject to change by the respective retailers.

  • Some codes may be limited by category, region, or user eligibility.

  • Coupingoo does not guarantee coupon success for every transaction or user.

3. Cashback Claim Process

To receive cashback:

  1. Complete a purchase via a tracked Coupingoo link.

  2. Submit the Cashback Claim Form within 10 days of the transaction.

  3. Await verification (up to 60 days)

Providing false or incorrect information may result in claim rejection. Coupingoo is not responsible for user errors or failed transfers due to incorrect details.

4. Cashback Eligibility Expiry

If the claim form is not submitted within 10 days of purchase, the transaction becomes permanently ineligible for cashback.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimer

Coupingoo is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the merchants listed on the platform, unless expressly stated. All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and review purposes only under fair use.

All other content on the Coupingoo platform — including text, code, designs, branding, and user-generated content — is the intellectual property of Coupingoo and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

By submitting content (reviews, feedback, etc.) to Coupingoo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and display such content.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the platform is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. By submitting personal information (e.g., through the cashback form), you consent to our data practices.

7. Our Role

Coupingoo is a facilitator that helps users discover cashback opportunities and discount codes. We do not sell or deliver any goods or services listed on our site. All transactions are between you and the respective retailer.

8. Misuse of Services

The following actions may lead to permanent blacklisting and claim rejection:

  • Submitting fraudulent or duplicate purchase information

  • Using automated scripts or bots

  • Abusing coupon or cashback processes or exploiting system loopholes

Coupingoo reserves the right to deny claims or pursue legal action in case of misuse.

9. Service Availability

Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, legal requirements, or technical issues. While we strive for uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Coupingoo provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and does not guarantee:

  • Cashback approval or success

  • Coupon validity or effectiveness

  • Uninterrupted platform availability

Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to ₹200 per user or claim.

11. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate purchase and contact details

  • Follow the proper cashback claim process

  • Refrain from manipulating or abusing the system

Failure to comply may result in claim rejection.

12. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee:

  • Tracking or approval of every transaction

  • Coupon success on all devices or browsers

  • Reimbursement in case of retailer or technical failures

Cashback approvals are controlled solely by merchants and affiliate networks.

13. Tax Responsibility

Any cashback or gift card may be considered taxable income. It is your responsibility to report such income in accordance with applicable tax laws. Coupingoo does not withhold or report taxes on your behalf.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any service delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Internet or payment system outages

  • Retailer-side failures

  • Governmental or legal interventions

15. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or offer

  • Deny claims we deem suspicious, unverifiable, or fraudulent

  • Update or remove any listings without prior notice

16. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, we are not responsible for:

  • Errors in coupon descriptions or availability

  • Retailer price or policy changes

  • Inaccuracies in product or cashback details

Always verify offer terms on the merchant’s website before making a purchase.

17. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, India.

18. Communications

By using Coupingoo, you consent to receive communications via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • In-app notifications

  • Phone (manual or automated)

These may include order confirmations, tracking updates, promotions, and policy updates.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coupingoo, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any losses or legal claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Submission of misleading or false information

  • Breach of these Terms

20. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be posted prominently and will take effect after 3 days. Continued use of Coupingoo constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Trademark and Content Removal Requests

If you are a brand owner or representative and wish to request removal or modification of your trademark or content on our site, please contact us at Support@coupingoo.com

We respond to all such requests in good faith and typically resolve issues within 48 hours.
