Cashback Terms — How It Works*

We love helping you save, and cashback is just one more way we say thanks for shopping smart. To make sure everything goes smoothly, here’s how our cashback process typically works — and what you’ll want to know to make the most of it.


1. How to Qualify for Cashback

To be eligible for cashback on your purchase, it’s important to follow these general steps in a single shopping session:

  • Click the “Go to Merchant” button on the Coupingoo website.

  • Add your items to the cart after landing on the store’s site.

  • Use the coupon code provided by Coupingoo during checkout.

  • Complete your order in the same tab and session — try not to open other sites, apps, or coupon tools during checkout.

Tip: For the best chance at earning cashback, avoid switching tabs or using codes from other sources. These can interrupt the tracking process — and if we can’t track the order, cashback can’t be applied.


2. Where Cashback Applies

Cashback isn’t available on every offer — it’s only valid when clearly marked on the deal or coupon page. If you don’t see a mention of cashback, that offer likely doesn’t qualify at the moment.

We’ll always do our best to tag eligible offers clearly, but availability may vary based on the retailer or the nature of the promotion.


3. How to Submit Your Claim

After placing your order, simply fill out our Cashback Claim Form within 7 days. You’ll usually be asked for:

  • Your Order ID

  • The store name

  • Purchase date

  • A screenshot or invoice showing your order ID and total

  • The email used at checkout

These details help us confirm your order with the merchant.


4. When to Expect Your Cashback

Once we receive your claim, we start verifying your order with the retailer. This process may take up to 60 days, depending on the brand’s return period, confirmation timeline, and other factors.

After approval, your cashback will be credited directly to you — no minimum required.


5. What Might Affect Cashback Approval

To keep things fair and transparent, there are certain situations where cashback may not apply, including but not limited to:

  • The order wasn’t tracked properly (e.g., you didn’t start with Coupingoo or used another promo tool)

  • A different coupon code was applied

  • The purchase didn’t happen in the same session or browser tab

  • The order was cancelled, refunded, or returned

  • The claim was submitted too late or missing key information

  • The offer didn’t include cashback at the time of purchase

That said, we understand things happen — and you can always reach out if you’re unsure or believe your claim deserves another look.


6. Who to Contact for Help

All cashback-related support is handled directly by Coupingoo. Since merchants don’t manage  tracking, they won’t be able to assist with cashback questions or claims.
